At Studio DOS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your designer find, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that all tags must remain attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
